wil the police contact my parents if they caught me (19) having sex in a car with a 50 year old?
we were at a park and they caught us but did not arrest us... people leave rude comments to yourself, i love him. they asked all my info and im just afraid they will call them. LOL i love how the people who tell me not to include their age leaves the rude comments HAHHA..stupid people.

A-Best: You are not a minor. There is no reason for them to contact your parents. However, it is likely a police report that probably includes the relevant information was written. Legally the report is "public information" and if anyone including your parents requested a copy it would be provided. Of course if no-one except you, the cops and your lover are aware of the incident then there is little to zero chance of anyone else requesting the report.  

A: well you are over 18 it is not illegal, you are an adult, and they can't report it to anybody.

A: If you are indeed 19 you are legally an adult and your parents have no rights when it comes to information regarding you, unless you authorize the release of such information. Just make sure that if you live at home you grab any mail that might be coming to you from the police a lot of cities will not arrest you for having sex in a car but they may send you a fine in the mail. You may not have been arrested but if the officer took your information you might have a summons or fine in your mailbox soon. I understand that you love this man, but my question to you is how do you know the feeling is mutual? Any man who cares for, loves you and wants to be with you will try his very best to make you comfortable and safe during such an intimate time, even the poorest of guys I have dated have sprung for a hotel room, maybe you need to ask yourself what you are getting out of this relationship? Is he married? Is he ashamed of the age difference between you? Why is he taking you to clandestine locations to make love? These are all variables I don't know, if there are good reasons, then age should mean nothing but I have a feeling some of these might hit a nerve.
