Sorry for my bad english, thanks.
A-Best: It's a pretty good workout for someone trying to get into shape. It's very similar to what I do. I do cardio Monday, full body workout Tuesday, cardio Wednesday, full body workout Thursday, cardio friday, and rest on Saturday and Sunday.
To add to your benefit, do you full body workout as a circuit. Instead of doing three sets of chest, then three sets of arms, then three sets of legs, etc....Alternate between one set of an upper body exercise and one set of a lower body exercise, doing one set of each muscle group thru your whole body with no rest between sets. After completing the whole circuit, rest for 2 minutes, and then do another circuit. Rest for 2 more minutes, and do a third circuit. This gives you a shorter workout, and you get an addtional cardio benefit.
I do, in this order: Dumbbell chest press, Barbell Squat, Bent Over Row, Barbell Deadlift, Standing barbell press, Barbell lunge, dumbbell bicep curl, calf raise, tricep extension. It takes me about 20 minutes to do one circuit. So, I can do three circuits in just over an hour.
A: Yea seems decent, it conditions the whole body and incorporates enough resting periods.
I'm not sure what sport you are training for (if any), but is your cardio aerobic or anaerobic, or both?
My main sport is tennis so I need to do both but anaerobic gets most of my attention.
If you want to increase your speed and develop the muscles in your legs, I recommend spinning.
I've been to only a couple of classes recently and I am noticing a huge difference.
A: Depends on what you're trying to do. If you just want to be healthy and active, then that's fine. If you're trying for something like bodybuilding, then you may want to change it to a 3-day full-body workout with rest days on the off-days.
A: I would take Sunday off. Otherwise sure.
